چکیده
The strong association between endometriosis and infertility is of high clinical significance. High proliferative bias in eutopic endometrium during the secretory phase a hallmark endometriosis, which may result occurrence implantation failure resultant endometriosis. ErbB family proteins regulates proliferation capacity endometrium, potentially causing endometrial hostility to process However, our knowledge regarding involvement human window (WOI) endometriosis-associated scant. In present study, cellular profiles immunopositive ErbBs-1 -4 endometriosis-free, infertile women (Group 1; n = 11) diagnosed with stage IV ovarian 2; 13) mid-secretory were compared using standardized guidelines. Computer-aided combinative analysis immunoprecipitation different compartments revealed an overexpression ErbB-1 epithelial, stromal vascular compartments, along marginally higher ErbB-3 expression (p < 0.06) compartment ErbB-4 0.05) glandular epithelium stroma WOI primary associated disease-free control women. It appears that changes ErbBs induce anomalous proliferative, inflammatory angiogenic activities it, can antagonize preparation for embryo This usable strategizing methods treatment infertility, as well preempting oncogenic potential

Endometrial BCL6 Overexpression in Eutopic Endometrium of Women With Endometriosis.
The objective of this study was to examine B-cell CLL/lymphoma 6 (BCL6) expression in human eutopic endometrium across the menstrual cycle in women with and without endometriosis and to establish a cutoff for future studies. This design was a series of case-control studies in tertiary University teaching hospitals. We examined BCL6 expression by messenger RNA and immunohistochemically in prospe...
متن کاملUltrastructural Modifications of Human Endometrium during the Window of Implantation
The endometrium is a highly dynamic tissue empowered with the capacity to undergo cyclic dramatic changes in response to ovarian steroid hormones, ultimately aiming to create a window of receptivity for blastocyst implantation. Intensive research has been performed to understand and establish morphological and molecular correlates of embryo implantation. However, it still remains a biological m...

Overexpression of Endometrial Estrogen Receptor-Alpha in The Window of Implantation in Women with Unexplained Infertility
Objective Background: Failure in the endometrial receptivity may account for a significant number of infertility cases including unexplained infertility in women. Reduction in the endometrial estrogen receptor-alpha (ER-α) expression during window of implantation may be a critical event that coincides with expression of specific genes and providing a receptive endometrium. The aim of present st...
متن کاملComparative evaluation of NOTCH signaling molecules in the endometrium of women with various gynecological diseases during the window of implantation
Objective(s): NOTCH signaling pathway is well known for its role in cell fate, cell survival, cell differentiation, and apoptosis. Some of the NOTCH signaling genes are critical for endometrial function and implantation in animals and appear to play a similar role in humans. The purpose of the current study was to investigate the potential roles of some main components of the NOTCH family in hu...
